  • Order details: which products you bought, amount paid, and order status.
  • Your Discord username and ID if you open a support ticket to receive account access.
  • General location (country only) inferred from your connection, used to show which regions a product works in — we don't collect precise location data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process your order and deliver the account or game access you purchased.
  • To send order confirmations and respond to support requests.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent orders and chargebacks.
  • To improve the store and the products we offer.

4. Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC — that information goes directly to Stripe under their own security and privacy practices.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the store:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — sending order confirmation emails.
  • Discord — delivering account access through support tickets.
  • Cloudflare — hosting the site and detecting your general region.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, currency, and language choice between visits. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts.

7. Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to handle support requests, refunds, and our own accounting obligations.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about a given order, or request that it be deleted, by reaching out through Discord. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Children's Privacy

Account Deals is not intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required to enter into a purchase in their country.

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
