1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or otherwise using Account Deals, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the store.

2. What We Sell

Account Deals sells access to game accounts on Steam and the Microsoft Store — either shared/offline access to a game already present on an account, or an account set up specifically for the game you purchase. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, Microsoft, Xbox, or any game publisher named on this site.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding purchase in your country to buy from us. If you're under that age, you should only use this site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

4. Orders & Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, and completing payment confirms your order. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

After payment, you'll get an order number by email and on the confirmation page. Join our Discord, open a ticket, and provide that order number to receive your account access. Some newly released, Denuvo-protected titles may take longer to activate — this is a limitation of the game's own protection, not something within our control.

6. Using the Account You Receive

  • Each purchase is for use on one personal device only.
  • Don't change the login method, password, or recovery details on shared/offline accounts — this is part of how access stays stable for everyone using it.
  • Don't resell, share, or redistribute the access you receive from us.
  • Violating these rules may result in your access being revoked without a refund.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent orders, abusive behavior toward support staff, and filing chargebacks without first contacting support are all grounds for canceling an order, revoking access, and refusing future service.

8. Intellectual Property

Game titles, cover art, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective publishers and platform holders. We use them only to identify the products we sell.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide access on an as-is basis. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by Steam, Microsoft, or any other third-party platform that affect the account after delivery, beyond the support and remedies described in our Refund Policy.

10. Termination

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or revoke access at our discretion if these terms are violated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
