Refund Policy

1. Overview

Every purchase on Account Deals is for digital access to a game account, delivered electronically as soon as it's confirmed. Because access is granted immediately and can't be "returned" the way a physical item can, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

2. When a Refund Is Available

  • Your order wasn't delivered within a reasonable time and support couldn't resolve it.
  • The account or game delivered doesn't match what was listed on the product page.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • We're unable to provide working access after making a genuine attempt to fix the issue.

3. When a Refund Is Not Available

  • You changed your mind after receiving working login access or account details.
  • Access stopped working because the login method, password, or account settings were changed against the instructions provided at delivery.
  • Newly released, Denuvo-protected titles that need extra activation time — this is disclosed on the product page and isn't a fault on our end.
  • The account was suspended or restricted due to sharing it beyond the terms of your purchase, or other misuse of the access provided.
  • Platform-side issues outside our control, such as regional restrictions on the underlying store.

4. How to Request a Refund

Join our Discord, open a support ticket, and include your order number along with a description of the issue. Reach out as soon as possible after purchase — the sooner we hear from you, the faster we can help.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear back in your account after we issue the refund.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved faster this way. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first may result in your access being revoked and future purchases being declined.
